Role Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to support kitchen operations.
  • As the Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring consistent food quality and preparation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and run a specific section of the kitchen
  • Ensure high quality food preparation and presentation
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff within the section
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
  • Support the Sous Chef and kitchen team during service

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in hospitality
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
