About the Opportunity
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Junior Hostess to join one of its nightlife restaurants in Dubai.
The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests and help create a warm, welcoming, and elevated arrival experience.
The role will join the venue from launch and contribute to establishing its service culture and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, guest lists, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Door Manager, restaurant management, and service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide a professional introduction to the venue.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of reservations, table availability, and guest preferences.
- Handle guest requests and enquiries with confidence, discretion, and professionalism.
- Monitor the waiting area and keep guests informed throughout their arrival experience.
- Support the venue’s atmosphere, presentation, and service standards.
- Assist with special events, VIP arrivals, and private functions when required.
