Role Description
Full-time, on-site Hostess role based in Dubai at Amaya Restaurant & Lounge.
Welcome guests and set the tone for their dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests while managing reservations and walk-ins.
- Coordinate table assignments with the service team.
- Maintain an organized host stand and waiting area.
- Answer phone inquiries with professional etiquette and provide accurate menu and venue information.
- Help manage guest flow during peak hours.
- Address special requests and resolve minor issues promptly.
- Ensure guests feel recognized and appreciated from arrival to departure.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities are required.
- Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette are required.
- Experience with reservations management is required.
- A polished, professional demeanor and guest-focused mindset are expected.
- Previous hospitality, fine dining, or luxury lifestyle experience is preferred.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
