Role Description
The Hostess is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role welcomes guests, manages reservations and walk-ins, coordinates seating, and supports a polished restaurant and lounge experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and coordinate seating to optimize guest flow and table turns.
- Respond to phone and online inquiries and provide accurate restaurant information.
- Assist with special requests and guest preferences.
- Maintain an organized front desk and update reservation systems.
- Support the service team with guest communication.
- Ensure a polished and welcoming atmosphere at the entrance and lounge areas.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-centric approach to hospitality.
- Reservations and basic front-of-house administrative skills, including digital booking systems.
- Clear professional communication in person and in writing.
- Customer service skills for handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Professional phone etiquette and efficient, courteous call management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
- English proficiency is required.
