Position Summary
Provide guest service in a hotel dining environment and help create memorable, unique meal experiences.
Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
Core Responsibilities
- Take initiative to deliver a wide range of guest dining services.
- Follow company policies and procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Read and visually verify menu information.
- Perform additional reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and work on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Ability to handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
Work Arrangement
- The position is full time and not remotely located.
- The role requires extended periods of standing and movement in the dining and service environment.
