An exclusive VIP Lounge in Abu Dhabi is seeking a
graceful, confident, and service-driven Hostesses
to deliver an exceptional guest journey to high-profile clientele.
This is more than a front-of-house role it is an opportunity to represent a refined brand where discretion, sophistication, and seamless service are paramount.
Your Role
- Curate a flawless, world-class guest experience from arrival to departure
- Welcome and engage VIP guests with warmth, confidence, and absolute professionalism
- Anticipate guest preferences and exceed expectations at every touchpoint
- Maintain impeccable grooming and uphold the highest luxury service standards
Who We Re Looking For
Proven experience as a Hostess, Front Office Agent, or Guest Relations Agent within a 5-star luxury hotel/resort in the GCC or Cabin Crew (premium aviation)
Polished, elegant presence with impeccable grooming standards
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and composure under pressure
Fluent in English + an additional European, Balkan, CIS, Arabic, or South African language
Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi
Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
