Host / Hostess (Bank) Fairfield Independent Hospital Bank Shifts Salary: £12.71 per hour

• Fairfield Independent Hospital in St Helens is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
• We have an opportunity for a Host / Hostess to join their team of staff.
• This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include

• Provide a welcoming, responsive service for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring all food and beverage requirements are met promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and deliver meals, drinks, and snacks in line with dietary requirements and service expectations.
• Ensure service areas are always well-presented, clean, and stocked in accordance with hospital and food hygiene policies.
• Attend service briefings and follow clear instructions from the Hospital Services Lead or Deputy Hospitality Lead.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure they are delivered to the agreed standard and within agreed timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen teams, clinical staff, and patients, adapting language and tone appropriately.
