What You Will Do
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional dining service in collaboration with servers.
- Manage the host stand, review reservations, and recommend table-section setup.
- Keep dining-room sections clean and check tables before opening.
- Develop working knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information.
What You Bring
- One to two years of previous food and beverage outlet experience.
- Luxury hotel experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage computer systems.
- Strong communication skills.
