Role Overview
The Hospitality and Counters Operations Manager for MENA and KSA will lead the strategic vision and operational execution of in-store bakery, hospitality, and counters functions.
The role is responsible for sustainable growth, innovation, efficiency, long-term strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Food Buying and Operations teams.
The manager will oversee daily operations and align performance with strategic business objectives.
Financials
- Deliver the regional sales plan for the hospitality and counters business by identifying opportunities across departments.
- Review sales figures, identify risks, and implement improvements to enhance sales performance.
- Work with teams, UK specialists, Food Buying, and Operations colleagues to drive sales performance.
- Maximize stock accuracy and availability through effective management practices.
- Ensure timely implementation of corporate seasonal updates and events.
Service and Product Quality
- Manage delivery of a memorable customer experience by connecting with customers to sell.
- Conduct Ready To Trade checks, customer walkthroughs, and observations to ensure service standards.
