Hospice Clinical Education Manager

Qualifications

• Required:
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of hospice clinical experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership, education, quality, or supervisory experience in hospice or home health.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), hospice regulations, ACHC, and state licensing requirements.
• Experience developing and delivering education programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
• Preferred:
• Experience with QAPI, compliance, accreditation surveys, or clinical auditing.
• Experience creating online learning modules and competency assessments.
