Job Purpose
Prepare and serve high-quality shisha according to lounge standards.
Provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable guest experience through quality preparation, hygiene, and service.
Shisha Preparation and Guest Service
- Prepare and serve shisha according to lounge recipes, standards, and presentation requirements.
- Set up hookah equipment and prepare tobacco or molasses for consistent smoking performance.
- Manage charcoal safely and adjust or replace it during guest sessions.
- Recommend flavors and combinations based on guest preferences.
- Monitor shisha performance and respond promptly to guest requests.
Hygiene, Safety, and Operations
- Clean and sanitize hookah equipment between guests, including hoses, mouthpieces, bowls, and bases.
- Maintain a clean and organized shisha preparation station.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, lounge, and company procedures.
- Monitor supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with waiters and lounge staff for timely service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous Hookah Maker, Shisha Specialist, Shisha Attendant, or similar experience is preferred.
- Hospitality experience in a lounge, restaurant, café, or hotel is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, flavors, charcoal management, and equipment.
- Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Strong customer-service, communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy lounge and provide personalized guest service.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.

Pay
- Pay is SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,200 per month.
