- Install, configure, test, and commission Honeywell Safety Manager systems
- Support Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and Fire & Gas (F&G) system activities
- Perform cause and effect testing, logic validation, and functional safety verification
- Execute system modifications, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve safety system issues
- Support startup and commissioning activities at site
- Ensure compliance with functional safety standards and project requirements
- Prepare commissioning records and technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or related Engineering discipline
- 8–10 years of experience in Automation and Safety Systems
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands on experience with Honeywell Safety Manager systems
- Strong Oil & Gas industry experience
- Proven experience in site commissioning and troubleshooting of safety systems
- Excellent communication and technical reporting skills

Role Overview
- Descon Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Honeywell Safety Engineer to support commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of Honeywell Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) within Oil & Gas facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Strong Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Proven experience in site commissioning and troubleshooting of safety systems.
