Home Care Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to support clients' daily needs.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeing.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor or healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans and ensure safety and comfort of clients at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and team members.
• Reliable transportation to and from client residences in Troy, MI area.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
