About You
Live across the Beresfield area including Tarro, Woodberry and surrounding communities
Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (no international license's or shared vehicles)
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start!

What We Offer
- $32.61 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
- Permanent Part-time contracts: 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
- Permanent Part-Time opportunities for experienced candidates; Casual entry-level roles available with the potential to transition to Permanent Part-Time employment
Your Role
- As a valued member of the team, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.
- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting & mobility support (where applicable)
- Medication assistance (where applicable and trained)
- Social support, transport and companionship (where trained)
- Promoting independence, dignity & wellbeing
- Whether you're starting your care career or bring existing experience, you'll play an important role in supporting clients with their domestic needs.
