We are looking for a Client Operations Specialist to join Australian Unity’s Wealth & Capital Markets team, supporting a market leading real estate funds management business with approximately $4 billion in assets under management.
This role sits within the Select Income Fund team and is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while delivering high quality operational support in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to investors and advisers, coordinating transactions and onboarding activities, and supporting the ongoing administration of investment operations.
Working closely with teams across Product, Distribution, Operations, Marketing, Compliance and Finance, you will gain broad exposure to real estate investment products while contributing to a collaborative and customer focused culture.

Process investor transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, switches and maintenance requests accurately and efficiently

Experience within investments, wealth management, funds management or mortgage products will be highly regarded, along with strong Excel and data management capabilities. Most importantly, you will bring a proactive mindset, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
