Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, catheter care, and suctioning
- Monitor blood glucose levels and manage diabetic patients according to the care plan
- Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
- Provide emergency care and initiate basic life support when necessary
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards
- Educate patients and family members regarding disease management and treatment plans
Requirements
- Valid nursing license (DOH/HAAD or equivalent)
- Experience in home care or clinical nursing
- Knowledge of DOH regulations and infection control standards
- Ability to perform nursing procedures such as wound care, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, catheter care, and suctioning
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Job Summary
- The Home Care Nurse is responsible for providing high quality, patient centered nursing care in the patient's home environment.
- The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while ensuring patient safety, maintaining professional standards, and complying with the policies and procedures of EliteCare Health Home Center LLC and the Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, catheter care, and suctioning as required.
- Monitor blood glucose levels and manage diabetic patients according to the care plan.
- Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Provide emergency care and initiate basic life support when necessary.
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
Patient and Family Education
- Educate patients and family members regarding disease management and treatment plans.
- Promote health education and preventive care measures.
- Provide guidance on medication administration and home safety.
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
