Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, dressing)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning following safe handling protocols
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse
- Measure and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation)
- Assist with wound care under RN supervision
- Assist with medication administration as permitted by UAE regulations
- Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines
- Ensure proper disposal of medical waste
- Maintain clean and safe patient environment
- Communicate professionally with patients and families
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an assistant nurse
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols

Patient Care Support
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, dressing).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning (following safe handling protocols).
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse.
- Assist in maintaining patient hygiene and skin integrity.
- Support fall prevention and safety measures.
Basic Clinical Duties (Within Scope of Practice)
- Measure and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation).
- Assist with wound care under RN supervision.
- Assist with medication administration as permitted by UAE regulations.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment as directed.
Infection Control & Safety
- Follow infection control protocols and PPE guidelines.
- Ensure proper disposal of medical waste.
- Maintain clean and safe patient environment.
- Adhere to lifting and handling safety standards (no single person heavy lifting).
Communication
- Communicate professionally with patients and families.
- Report concerns or incidents immediately to registered nurse.
- Participate in care plan discussions when required.
Pay
- AED3,000.00 per month
