Role Overview
Remain Medical Group is seeking an experienced Home Care Manager to lead home healthcare operations.
The role focuses on high-quality, safe, efficient, and patient-centered service delivery.
Operations and Team Leadership
- Lead the Home Care Department and coordinate delivery of home healthcare services.
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other clinical staff.
- Manage staffing and clinical resource allocation based on patient needs and service demand.
Care Coordination and Performance
- Monitor referrals, admissions, care plans, scheduling, follow-ups, and discharge processes.
- Track patient volumes, utilization, productivity, departmental KPIs, satisfaction, complaints, and incidents.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.
Compliance and Improvement
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, patient safety requirements, and organizational policies.
- Improve workflows, policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits, risk management, and patient safety programs.
