- Manage daily holiday homes operations, including check ins, check outs, and guest coordination
- Communicate with guests professionally and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, and third party vendors
- Ensure properties meet cleanliness, quality, and guest ready standards
- Assist in managing listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms
- Monitor booking calendars, occupancy, pricing updates, and guest reviews
- Support compliance with Dubai Tourism/DTCM requirements and documentation
- Maintain operational reports, property records, and service logs
- Conduct regular property inspections and report any maintenance or quality issues
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in holiday homes, short term rentals, hospitality, or property management in Dubai
- Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, and similar platforms
- Familiarity with Dubai holiday homes regulations and DTCM processes is preferred
- Strong communication and guest handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams
- Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage

Role Overview
- The Holiday Homes Operations Executive will be responsible for assisting with the day to day management of short term rental properties, coordinating guest services, handling operational tasks, and ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard.
