Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple holiday home units
- Visit properties for inspections and operational support
- Assist with guest related requests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor issues
- Monitor property readiness for guest check ins and check outs
- Purchase and deliver operational supplies when required
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with vendors
- Ensure properties are maintained to company standards
- Support smooth communication between guests, operations team, and service providers
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic maintenance and handyman skills
- Familiarity with Dubai roads and locations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in holiday homes, property management, hospitality, or facilities management is an advantage

About the Role
- We are looking for a reliable and proactive Holiday Homes Operations Coordinator to support the day to day operations of our holiday home properties across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have their own car, a valid UAE driving license, basic maintenance knowledge, and good communication skills in
