- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams
- Conduct property inspections and maintain quality standards
- Provide prompt and efficient support to guests as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes operations
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Own vehicle required (fuel allowance provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with their own visa will be given preference

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to join our growing Holiday Homes team.
- The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in Holiday Homes operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check ins and check outs.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
