  • They are looking for a full time primary or secondary HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to start in August 2026.

Job Responsibilities

  • As an HLTA, you'll work in either the Primary or Secondary School's inclusion zone.
  • You'll support small groups of students with SEND or barriers for learning to improve their Maths, English or Functional Skills.
  • You'll create an engaging learning environment and work collaboratively with the SENDCO, other HLTAs, and the teaching teams.
  • You'll also support students with examination access arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • HLTA qualification is desirable
  • Examination access arrangement training is desirable
  • Successful UK LSA/HLTA experience at a primary or secondary school level
  • Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Calm, patient and caring attitude with a good sense of humour
