Job Summary
Oversee the end-to-end contract settlement process, including customer contracts, negotiations, and payment recovery.
Collaborate with business teams to resolve contractual disputes, improve collection rates, and support key projects and system implementations.
The role requires operational and negotiation skills, business contract management experience, and customer relations experience.
Contract Settlement and Management
- Manage business contract settlements, including negotiation, review, and recovery of non-standard contracts.
- Ensure timely settlement confirmations and improve contract collection rates.
- Identify and resolve long-standing unrecovered contracts and unconfirmed settlements.
- Assist in payment collection and follow up on customer payment issues.
Business Support and Conflict Resolution
- Support business teams in contract negotiation, approval, and signing processes.
- Handle business and customer emergencies and resolve conflicts with clients effectively.
