Internship Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with VAT invoicing, including issuance, verification, and management, to support accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare materials and documentation for tax filings and other compliance-related tasks.
• Contribute to basic financial reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Support the annual audit and internal reviews by preparing documentation and schedules.
• Complete ad hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the finance manager.

Education and Finance Knowledge

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in or recent graduates of a bachelor’s degree programme in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Basic accounting knowledge and an interest in tax regulations are required.
• Prior academic or practical exposure to accounting or tax is advantageous.

Technical and Personal Skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel features such as PivotTables and VLOOKUP, is required.
• Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.
• The role requires attention to detail, responsibility, initiative, communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

Commitment

• The intern must commit to a full-time schedule of five days per week for a minimum period of three months.
