Join a multidisciplinary clinical team in Doha as a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist.
This is a senior clinical role supporting complex speech, language, and communication needs across different age groups.
The role includes specialist caseload management, multidisciplinary care, clinical supervision, service development, and evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide highly specialist assessment and evidence-based intervention for complex speech, language, and communication needs.
- Manage and prioritise a complex clinical caseload independently.
- Develop and review individualised treatment and management plans.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to less experienced therapists.
- Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, staff training, and service development.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and professional practice.
Requirements
- Significant post-qualification experience at Highly Specialist, Band 7, or equivalent senior specialist level.
- Strong experience in autism, neurodevelopmental conditions, and complex communication needs.
- Experience supervising or mentoring other therapists.
- Paediatric feeding and/or swallowing assessment and intervention experience is advantageous.
- Current professional registration or licensure and eligibility for registration in Qatar.
- Recognised professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong clinical reasoning and multidisciplinary working skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice and continuing professional development.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 7,000 to QAR 20,000 per month.
