Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians and MEP teams in installation, testing, and maintenance activities
- Support installation of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, FCU, AHU, VRF/VRV systems, and related equipment
- Carry out basic support works such as lifting, shifting, and arranging HVAC materials and tools
- Assist in duct fabrication, insulation works, pipe fitting, and equipment installation activities
- Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials at the project site
- Provide support during equipment alignment, fixing, and commissioning activities
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
- Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians to complete assigned tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience as an MEP Helper / HVAC Helper in construction or MEP projects
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP installation activities preferred
- Ability to handle physical work and work in a fast paced construction environment
- Willingness to learn and support skilled technicians
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
- Will be required to work on high platforms or confined spaces, adhering strictly to safety standards
- May be required to work overtime or extended shifts based on project deadlines

Job Description

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an MEP Helper / HVAC Helper in construction or MEP projects.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP installation activities preferred.
- Experience working on Oil & Gas HVAC projects is an advantage.
- Ability to handle physical work and work in a fast paced construction environment.
- Willingness to learn and support skilled technicians.
