- Assist employees with system access, password resets, and account management
- Document incidents, solutions, and procedures accurately
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Support software installations, updates, and basic system configurations
- Maintain IT inventory and monitor system performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and network operations
- Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and common office software
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus

Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and tech savvy Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for IT related inquiries, providing exceptional support to internal staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
