- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and management systems
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before entry
- Review and correct data discrepancies and errors
- Generate reports and maintain records as required by management
- Organize and archive digital and physical documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure accurate record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a related role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with logistics or warehouse management systems is an advantage
