- Make sales calls and increase monthly sales revenue
- Allocate trucks/drivers and arrange deliveries per client requirements
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection
- Coordinate with drivers and management for vehicle registration renewals
- Plan transport routes and coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Prepare reports on cost, performance, mileage, fuel consumption
- Negotiate contracts with outside transportation companies
- Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents or safety concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 4 years of experience in transport operations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of DPW e token system and port operations

Job Purpose
- To perform administrative, sales, operations duties related to transportation with high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Make sales calls and increase monthly sales revenue as assigned by management.
- Well aware about DPW e token system and port operation as well as shipping line procedure.
- Allocation of trucks/drivers and arrange the delivery as per client’s requirements.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
- Coordinating with Drivers and Management for New Registrations/Renewals of Vehicle Registration (MULKIYA) for all vehicles.
- Planning transport routes. Coordination of shipments and deliveries, including last mile delivery management.
- Prepare reports such as cost and performance, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and quarterly annual review report.
- Prepare delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met on time.
- Negotiate contracts with outside transportation companies, assign drivers to routes and investigate delivery issues.
- Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues.
- Work closely with Drivers Management to ensure vehicles are properly maintained and sanitized.
- Implement new and innovative practices and assist colleagues as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Qualification: Graduate and above with experience in MS Office
Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
