Job Responsibilities
- Operate heavy forklifts safely for loading, unloading, transporting, and stacking materials, equipment, and cargo.
- Handle heavy loads in warehouses, yards, ports, and oil & gas project sites efficiently and safely.
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks of forklifts and report any defects or malfunctions.
- Ensure proper placement, storage, and movement of materials according to operational requirements.
- Follow company safety procedures, lifting plans, and HSE regulations at all times.
- Assist warehouse and logistics teams in material handling and inventory movement.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and material movements.
- Ensure safe handling of fragile, hazardous, or oversized materials when required.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Operator License/Certification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating heavy forklifts.
- Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of safe lifting practices and material handling procedures.
- Ability to work in warehouses, construction sites, and remote project locations.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and operational safety procedures.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCC experience preferred.
- H2S, Defensive Driving, Forklift Safety, or other Oil & Gas safety certifications are an advantage.
- Experience handling heavy equipment, pipes, containers, or oilfield materials preferred.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
