About the Role
Delta International PK is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator Assessor to perform competency assessments for heavy equipment operators, crane operators, and riggers. The role includes developing assessments, mentoring, and assisting with QA audits.

Responsibilities
- Perform heavy equipment assessments (Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Grader, Wheel loader, Skid loader, Backhoe loader, Sideboom Telehandler, etc.)
- Perform crane assessments
- Perform rigger assessments
- Assist to develop written and practical assessments in their field of expertise
- Ensure that all assessments are completed efficiently and professionally
- Complete the analysis of all assessments
- Take on Mentoring responsibilities as required
- Assist with QA Audits
- Assist with Policy and Procedural reviews and development
- Uphold the EnergyTech HE Certifications Unit Policy
Requirements
- Technical qualifications or diploma in the relevant craft/subject
- Certified in specific area of expertise: Heavy Equipment (Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Wheel loader, Backhoe loader, etc.), Cranes, and/or Rigging
- Fluent in English (Reading/Writing)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs to intermediate level
