- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment, machinery, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic faults involving pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, hydraulic motors, and related components
- Inspect machinery for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and safety related defects
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and carry out emergency repairs to minimize operational downtime
- Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, axles, braking systems, steering systems, and powertrain components
- Conduct pressure testing, performance testing, and system diagnostics on hydraulic equipment
- Replace defective components and verify proper operation after repairs
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment drawings
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions
- Perform routine inspections and recommend corrective actions to prevent future breakdowns
Requirements
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment, machinery, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic faults involving pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and hydraulic motors
- Experience repairing and overhauling engines, transmissions, axles, braking systems, steering systems, and powertrain components
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills for equipment breakdowns
