Position Overview
Battlefield Equipment Rentals is hiring a DZ Class Heavy Equipment Delivery Driver in Milton, Ontario.
The role connects the branch team with customers at construction and other job sites.
The position requires independent work on the road, professionalism, reliability, and safe driving.
Employment and Pay
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver equipment safely and efficiently to customer job sites.
- Load, unload, tie down, and secure equipment and products according to safety standards.
- Provide customer service and maintain professional conduct on job sites.
- Communicate with dispatch about schedules, delivery updates, and route changes.
- Maintain driver log books and required delivery documentation.
- Inspect loads and equipment and report damage or issues promptly.
- Fuel trucks, wash vehicles when required, and pre-load equipment for next-day deliveries.
- Support branch operations and follow workplace safety and environmental practices.
