Role overview

Healthcare professional engagement

• Visit healthcare professionals in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals.
• Position healthcare nutrition solutions as preferred options through scientific argumentation and relationship development.
• Provide doctors, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders with accurate messages, information, and clinical studies.
• Illustrate the benefits of nutrition solutions and conduct scientific audio and visual meetings.

Area management

• Identify business opportunities and develop initiatives and tactics to realize area potential.
• Implement a weekly call cycle in coordination with the direct manager.
• Monitor competitive activity and recommend actions to protect market position.
• Maintain product knowledge and explain product information and materials to healthcare professionals.
• Follow up on customer queries and complaints.
• Review the business plan against cycle objectives with the Head of KSA.
• Submit reports on promotional activities according to established formats and schedules.
• Maintain daily database records and comply with administrative procedures.
• Meet assigned qualitative and quantitative KPIs on daily, monthly, and yearly bases.

Team and market intelligence

• Participate in daily or weekly meetings about market conditions, problems, activities, and monthly KPIs.
• Help run seminars and events.
• Collect intelligence on the healthcare professional universe and identify new contacts.
• Monitor competitor offers, medical conferences, and round tables and report findings to management.
• Conduct face-to-face medical detailing calls and maintain contact with healthcare professionals in the assigned area.
• Map decision-making networks, update competitor intelligence, and record call progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Dietetics.
• Two to three years of experience.
• Experience in nutrition is a plus.
• Experience with primary healthcare centers is a plus.
• Native Arabic and English language skills.
• Resident in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, covering Riyadh, Qassim, and Kharj.

• Teamwork and ability to deliver results against planned performance measures.
• Compliance with WHO and local government ethics codes for infant formula products.
