Role Overview

Healthcare Professional Engagement

• Visit healthcare professionals in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals.
• Provide accurate messages, product information, clinical studies, and solution benefits to doctors, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.
• Conduct scientific audio-visual meetings, seminars, nutrition education activities, and face-to-face medical detailing.

Area Management

• Identify business opportunities, evaluate learnings, and develop initiatives and tactics for the assigned area.
• Implement a weekly call cycle in coordination with the direct manager.
• Monitor competitive activities and recommend actions to protect market position.
• Maintain product knowledge, follow up on customer queries and complaints, and review the quarterly business plan.
• Compile promotional activity reports, manage databases, and follow administrative procedures.
• Meet assigned qualitative and quantitative performance indicators on daily, monthly, and yearly bases.
• Ensure business activities comply with WHO and local government codes of ethics for infant formula products.

Team and Market Intelligence

• Participate in daily or weekly meetings to discuss market conditions, problems, activities, and monthly KPIs.
• Help run seminars and events.
• Collect intelligence on the healthcare professional universe and identify new contacts.
• Monitor competitor activities, update competitor intelligence, and report findings to management.
• Map decision-making networks, maintain contact with targeted healthcare professionals, and report call progress.

Experience and Education

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dietetics, Biochemistry, Biology, Medical Laboratory, or a related scientific field.
• Two years of experience in a similar role with a pharmaceutical or nutrition company.
• Valid UAE residency and driving license are required.
• Arabic native and English language proficiency are required.
