Role Overview
Qatar Prime Dental Center is recruiting a full-time Healthcare Insurance Coordinator for its multi-specialty dental clinic in Doha.
The coordinator will manage the complete patient insurance cycle from eligibility checks through claim payment.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance eligibility before appointments.
- Prepare and submit treatment pre-approvals and follow up until approved.
- Submit claims, track claim status, and resubmit rejected claims.
- Coordinate required documentation with insurers, TPA desks, and patients.
- Reconcile insurance payments against invoices and follow up patient co-pay balances.
- Maintain records in DentallyAI and report monthly insurance figures to management.
- Support reception with insurance-related patient inquiries.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of medical or dental insurance experience in Qatar, including claims, pre-approvals, or TPA coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of QLM and/or GlobeMed processes.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Accuracy with numbers, documents, and deadlines and comfort with clinic software.
- Professional discretion with patient data and ability to work as part of a team.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule is Saturday through Thursday during clinic hours, approximately 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with breaks.
- Wednesday hours are 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Friday is the regular day off.
Compensation
- Salary is QAR 4,000 to QAR 6,000 per month depending on experience and insurance-network knowledge.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the dental clinic.
