Role Overview
Qatar Prime Dental Center is recruiting a full-time Dental Assistant, also described as a dental nurse.
The role supports dentists across all specialties at the clinic on Al Waab Street in Doha.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists chairside during treatments using four-handed dentistry.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments before each patient.
- Handle sterilization, infection control, and clinical waste according to MoPH standards.
- Support patients before and after treatment and keep them comfortable.
- Handle dental materials and take digital OPG and periapical X-rays under dentist direction.
- Track clinical stock and report shortages.
- Support reception with patient turnover between appointments.
Requirements
- Be a qualified dental assistant or licensed nurse.
- A QCHP/DHP license is a strong plus.
- Previous dental clinic experience is strongly preferred.
- Have solid knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Candidates in Qatar with a transferable visa or NOC are preferred for immediate start.
- Be caring, well-groomed, calm under pressure, and a team player.
Compensation
- Salary is QAR 4,000 to QAR 6,000 per month, depending on experience and licensing.
- Salary is negotiable.
Schedule
- The clinic operates Saturday through Thursday, with Friday off.
- Standard clinic hours are approximately 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with breaks.
- Wednesday hours are 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Workplace
- The job is full-time and on-site at Al Waab Street, Doha.
