Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling processes
- Provide information regarding clinic services, procedures, and insurance coverage
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the visit
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate seamless patient flow
- Generate accurate patient invoices and process billing transactions
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments
- Obtain necessary approvals and authorizations from insurance providers
- Collect co payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances
- Process cash, card, and online payments while maintaining financial accuracy
- Ensure accurate coding and billing information is entered into the system
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in healthcare billing, patient services, front office, or customer service within a healthcare facility
- Experience working in hospitals, clinics, medical centers, or healthcare organizations in the UAE preferred
- Familiarity with insurance processes, pre authorizations, and medical billing procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Microsoft Office applications

- Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling processes.
- Provide information regarding clinic services, procedures, and insurance coverage.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the visit.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate seamless patient flow.
Key Responsibilities Billing & Revenue Cycle Management
- Generate accurate patient invoices and process billing transactions.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
- Obtain necessary approvals and authorizations from insurance providers.
- Collect co payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
- Process cash, card, and online payments while maintaining financial accuracy.
- Ensure accurate coding and billing information is entered into the system.
- Reconcile daily collections and prepare end of day financial reports.
- Support insurance claim submission and follow up activities when required.

Qualifications Education
