- 5 8 years of experience in healthcare operations management
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a clinic, medical center, or hospital
- Demonstrated experience in clinic operations, revenue management, and P&L accountability
- DHA experience highly preferred

Position Summary
- Seeking experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee day to day operations of healthcare facility in Dubai
- Responsible for smooth clinic operations, optimizing patient experience, managing staff performance, driving business growth, and overseeing P&L performance
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and customer service
- Monitor clinic performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and quality standards
- Manage and monitor clinic P&L performance
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Monitor budgets, operating expenses, and resource utilization
- Analyze monthly financial reports and KPIs
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
- Drive business growth initiatives and achieve financial targets
- Supervise administrative, reception, customer service, and support staff
- Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and productivity monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 5 8 years healthcare operations management experience
- At least 3 years supervisory or managerial role in clinic, medical center, or hospital
- Demonstrated experience in clinic operations, revenue management, and P&L accountability
- DHA experience highly preferred
- Professional certifications in Healthcare Management or Operations an advantage
