Position Summary

  • Seeking experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee day to day operations of healthcare facility in Dubai
  • Responsible for smooth clinic operations, optimizing patient experience, managing staff performance, driving business growth, and overseeing P&L performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and customer service
  • Monitor clinic performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and quality standards
  • Manage and monitor clinic P&L performance
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
  • Monitor budgets, operating expenses, and resource utilization
  • Analyze monthly financial reports and KPIs
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities
  • Drive business growth initiatives and achieve financial targets
  • Supervise administrative, reception, customer service, and support staff
  • Conduct staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and productivity monitoring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 5 8 years healthcare operations management experience
  • At least 3 years supervisory or managerial role in clinic, medical center, or hospital
  • Demonstrated experience in clinic operations, revenue management, and P&L accountability
  • DHA experience highly preferred
  • Professional certifications in Healthcare Management or Operations an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong operational and financial management skills
  • Proven experience managing clinic P&L and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in fast paced healthcare environment
