Salary

  • Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC) £25,272 per annum + enhancements (pro rata)
  • Contract: Permanent, Part-Time – 16-24 hours per week - Nights between 11pm & 7am
  • Based: Community Based – South Eastern Trust

You will be successful in this role if you have

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Level 2 qualification (e.g. NCFE, BTEC), plus functional skills in numeracy and literacy at Level 2

Recent care delivery experience in a health or social care setting

Strong communication skills with the ability to hold person-centred, empathetic conversations and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge of palliative and end of life care, including holistic care planning and symptom management

Ability to plan and prioritise care, respond to changes in patient condition, and escalate appropriately

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
