Salary

  • Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 3 (aligned with AFC) £26,300 - £27,890 per annum + Enhancements
  • Contract: Permanent, Full Time. 37.5 hours per week.
  • Shift pattern : 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm.
  • Based: Cardiff and the Vale Hospice.

What we are looking for

NVQ Level 2 in Food Production and Cooking (or equivalent City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2) – essential requirement

Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare varied, high‑quality menus

A caring, adaptable approach and excellent customer service

Experience in catering environments; healthcare experience is welcome but not required

Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for kitchen operations during shifts
