- Support cosmetic and aesthetic treatments and provide pre and post treatment guidance
- Conduct health promotion activities such as counseling on skincare, hair care, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures
- Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate medical records
- Support infection control practices and contribute to a patient centered environment
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to explain medical information clearly
- Proven customer service and patient care skills
- Knowledge of occupational health principles including clinic safety and infection control
- Foundational understanding of medicine or clinical practice, preferably in dermatology, cosmetology, or related fields
- Experience or interest in health promotion
- Relevant clinical qualification (e.g., nursing, health sciences, dermatology technician) and applicable local certifications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Basic computer skills for electronic medical records and scheduling
- Prior experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinic is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Health Specialist role based at Cutis Skin Care Clinic in Indore.
- The Health Specialist will assess and manage patients with skin, hair, and nail concerns under established clinical protocols and in collaboration with senior clinicians.
Daily Responsibilities
- Taking patient histories, assisting with examinations and minor procedures.
- Supporting cosmetic and aesthetic treatments and providing clear pre and post treatment guidance.
- Health promotion activities such as counseling on skincare, hair care, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures.
- Coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate medical records, supporting infection control practices.
- Contributing to a respectful, patient centered environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to explain medical information clearly and build trust.
- Proven customer service and patient care skills with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of occupational health principles including clinic safety, infection control, and safe handling of equipment.
- Foundational understanding of medicine or clinical practice, preferably in dermatology, cosmetology, trichology, or related fields.
- Experience or interest in health promotion.
- Relevant clinical qualification (e.g., nursing, health sciences, dermatology technician) and applicable local certifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and follow clinical guidelines.
- Basic computer skills for electronic medical records, scheduling, and documentation.
- Prior experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinic is an advantage but not mandatory.
