- Develop and refine the clinic’s strategic plans, aligning business objectives with market opportunities in dermatology, trichology, cosmetology, and aesthetic services
- Conduct market and competitive analyses, evaluate service performance, and identify areas for growth, operational efficiency, and client experience improvement
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to prioritize strategic initiatives, build business cases, and track execution against key performance indicators
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership, supporting financial planning and budgeting
- Advise on strategic partnerships, new services, and marketing directions
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret data, assess trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly to clinical and non clinical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial modeling
- Experience in management consulting or consulting roles, ideally involving healthcare, clinics, or service oriented businesses
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field; master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and senior leadership in a hybrid work environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with comfort managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industries in the UAE or broader region is preferred

Role Description
- The Executive Strategy Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site work at the clinic and some work from home flexibility. Day to Day Tasks
- Conducting market and competitive analyses, evaluating service performance, and identifying areas for growth, operational efficiency, and client experience improvement.
