Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HSE Officer / Safety Officer located in Riyadh.
The role includes supervising site safety requirements, conducting daily safety inspections, preparing toolbox talks and safety reports, monitoring PPE compliance, coordinating with contractors and site teams, and ensuring safe execution during fit-out, handover, and pre-opening stages
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of practical experience in construction, fit-out, finishing, handover, or pre-opening projects
- Professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong email communication, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of PPE, toolbox talks, permits, risk assessments, and site safety procedures
- Experience in preparing daily safety reports and monitoring site compliance
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and client representatives
- Strong site presence, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant HSE certifications such as OSHA, IOSH, or NEBOSH are preferred
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: 8 hours per day on site
