Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect Engineer / Site Engineer located in Riyadh.
The role includes managing daily site operations, manpower coordination, project follow-up, reporting, preparation of snag lists and photographic condition reports, coordination with contractors and consultants, and ensuring quality standards during execution, handover, and pre-opening stages.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of practical experience in fit-out, finishing, handover, or pre-opening projects
- Architectural Engineering background is preferred, or strong experience in fit-out and finishing works
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong email communication, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Experience in preparing snag lists, daily reports, and site documentation
- Strong understanding of finishing materials, sensitive surfaces, furniture protection, and professional site practices
- Ability to manage manpower, work sequencing, and daily site activities
- Experience in quality control, inspections, and project coordination
- Ability to read drawings and understand finishing details
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: 8 hours per day on site
