Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures
- Organize and conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate emergency response activities and drills (fire, evacuation, etc.)
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required
- Promote a positive safety culture across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- NEBOSH IGC/Diploma, IOSH, or OSHA certification (required or preferred)
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards
- Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation
- First Aid and Fire Safety certification (advantage)
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2026
- Available to join immediately

Overview

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- NEBOSH IGC/Diploma, IOSH, or OSHA certification (required or preferred)
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards
- Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation

- Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years
