About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including HSE Plans, Procedures, Risk Assessments (RA), JSAs, and Method Statements
- Monitor compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements through inspections, audits, and corrective actions
- Manage HSE records, NCRs, SORs, incident investigations, reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Coordinate HSE meetings, training, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and awareness programs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain effective communication with project teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE within construction, infrastructure, or civil projects
- Strong experience in preparing HSE documentation, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and compliance reports
- Solid knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations, client requirements, and international best practices
- Experience managing NCRs, corrective actions, inspections, audits, and HSE reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills

About the Role

Qualifications & Requirements

- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced project environment and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.
