Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of swim instruction and aquatics programming
- Plan and lead group and individual swim lessons
- Supervise and mentor coaching staff
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols in and around the pool
- Design training plans tailored to different age groups and ability levels
- Monitor swimmer progress and communicate with parents
- Coordinate class schedules and collaborate with management on program improvements
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support lifeguarding and emergency response procedures as needed
Requirements
- Strong skills in Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons
- Advanced swimming skills and comprehensive knowledge of stroke technique and water safety
- Practical expertise in Aquatics and Lifeguarding
- Relevant coaching certifications in swimming or aquatics and valid lifeguard/CPR/first aid qualifications
- Experience leading coaching teams and organizing training programs
- Ability to work on site in Dubai
