- Lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions across fabrication, galvanizing, and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with IS, ASTM, IEC, ISO and other applicable standards
- Oversee Raw Material Inspection, In Process Inspection, Welding & Assembly Inspection, Final Inspection & Dispatch Clearance
- Manage and control Hot Dip Galvanizing Quality (IS 2629, IS 4759, ASTM A123)
- Manage Customer & Third Party Inspections (TPI)
- Drive CAPA, Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen & 5S, Cost Reduction & Process Optimization
- Lead Internal & External Audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
- Build and mentor high performing quality teams and drive KPI achievement
Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions across fabrication, galvanizing, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with IS, ASTM, IEC, ISO and other applicable standards.
- Oversee: Raw Material Inspection, In Process Inspection, Welding & Assembly Inspection, Final Inspection & Dispatch Clearance.
- Manage and control: Hot Dip Galvanizing Quality (IS 2629, IS 4759, ASTM A123), Customer & Third Party Inspections (TPI), CAPA, Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement initiatives.
