Job Summary
- The Job holder shall be responsible for the implementation and supervision of programs and events organized by the Ministry of Public Health; Provide protocol services from receiving, escorting and securing accommodation and transportation of VIPs, guests and visitors to the ministry.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan event and protocols program and understand the regulatory standards set by the MOPH in details, and always be aware of any changes or developments in these standards.
- Supervise the activities of the Ministry of Public Health in exhibitions inside and outside the country.
- Participate with the Ministry of Public Health in national and social celebrations.
- Participate in the implementation of the Ministry's public information campaigns and accompanying the Minister of Public Health and senior management in official visits locally, regionally, and internationally.
- Coordinate the work between departments during the implementation of events and receptions, and external parties.
- Manage the team responsible for events and protocols to ensure all the rules of the Ministry and the state are being abided by.
- Manage the requests and complaints from the public, refer them to the concerned administrative units and respond to their inquiries.
- Strive for customers' satisfaction through gaining knowledge about their opinions on quality areas of health services provided and recommend improvement.
- Engage to achieve effective communication with the audience as well as mutual interaction between the Ministry and its target audience by its services.
- Perform training for the team on events and Public relations skills.
- Ensure compliance with the MOPH laws, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested to meet the ongoing organizational needs.
Essential Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or any other relevant field.
Essential Experience
- Based on the education and experience, the grade would vary in line with the HR law.
